These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and the developer of Sign Documents ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). They govern your access to and use of the Sign Documents mobile application, available on the Apple App Store (the "App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.
Sign Documents is an iOS application for iPhone designed for personal document signing. The App lets you open a PDF or photo, place a saved signature or initials onto it, and then export or share the signed file. No account, sign-up, or login is required to use the App, and there is no cloud sync.
We place strong emphasis on your privacy. Documents and signatures are created, processed, and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, store, or otherwise have access to the contents of your documents or your signatures. Signed-document copies that the App retains for your convenience (for example, so the Recents view can re-open a previously signed file) are kept only in local storage on your device.
While the App itself does not transmit your document or signature content, the App does use certain third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect limited analytics, diagnostic, advertising/attribution, and subscription-related data. These data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and summarized below under "Third-Party Services". Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of those practices as set out in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the App. The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules.
This license does not constitute a sale of the App or any copy of it. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

Sign Documents is a personal productivity tool that allows you to place a signature image or initials onto a PDF or photo and export or share the resulting file. Please read this section carefully.
By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that any reliance you place on a document signed using Sign Documents is at your own risk.
The App offers a limited free tier under which you may sign and export your first 3 documents free of charge. After the free tier is used, continued access to premium functionality requires a paid Premium subscription.
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. All subscriptions are sold, billed, and processed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. We use Adapty to manage subscription state and entitlements, but the underlying payment transaction is conducted by Apple, and we never receive or store your payment card numbers.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, which is available from Apple. Except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.
If you provide us with any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations regarding the App ("Suggestions"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Suggestions into the App or any of our products and services, without any obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.
The App integrates third-party services and SDKs to operate and improve the App. These third parties may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. They include, without limitation:
Identifiers that may be used include the Advertising Identifier (IDFA, only with ATT consent), the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), Firebase installation/instance identifiers, and Amplitude device/user identifiers.
Your use of these third-party services is also governed by the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their terms and policies. Relevant policies include:
The App is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we, on our own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates and our and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.
Without limitation to the foregoing, we provide no warranty or undertaking, and make no representation of any kind, that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected. We further make no warranty regarding the legal validity, enforceability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any signature or signed document produced using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, the rejection, invalidity, or unenforceability of any signed document, or any conduct of third parties, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us (or, where applicable, through the Apple App Store for the App) during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or, if no such amount was paid, ten United States dollars (USD $10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including in connection with any document you sign or share using the App; or (d) your reliance on, or any other person's reliance on, the legal validity or enforceability of any signature or document produced using the App.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the App and deleting it from your device. Termination of any subscription is governed by the "Subscriptions, Free Tier and Auto-Renewal" section above and is managed through your Apple App Store account.
Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions — shall survive.
The App, including its source code, design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related content (excluding your own documents and signatures, which remain yours), is and shall remain our exclusive property and that of our licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Belarus and other countries, as well as applicable international treaties. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property except for the limited license expressly set out above.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as by updating the "Updated at" date above or by providing notice within the App. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have under those laws that cannot be waived by agreement.
If you have any concern or dispute about the App, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the email address provided below. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the Republic of Belarus, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to subscriptions (including Apple's standard EULA and App Store terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
